Samantha Ciotti Falcone, AIA, joined the firm in 1997 after working for firms in Pittsburgh and Allentown. At these firms she worked on various project types including corporate office interiors, federal educational, residential, religious, commercial, and institutional buildings. Sam is a Project Manager responsible for schematic and design development, contract document preparation, coordination, project management, and contract administration during construction.

This includes direct involvement with and supervision of in-house staff during programming, design, construction document preparation and construction phase administration, as well as interface and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory agencies. Sam also heads our staff and project scheduling efforts.

Sam is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania and has served as Project Manager for such notable projects as the Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center (Mt. Bethel, PA), Calvary Bible Fellowship Church (Sinking Spring, PA), Union United Church of Christ (Neffs, PA), and Univest Bank (Kulpsville and Hilltown, PA). Sam has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University with concentrations in Art and Anthropology. She also serves on the Upper Saucon Township Planning Commission.
